将WGA-HRP及3H-亮氨酸分别注入大鼠一侧岛叶皮质,光镜下可见顺行的HRP标记终支及3H-亮氨酸标记颗粒密集分布在两侧孤束核(Sol)及迷走神经背核(DMV)的周边部,以对称为主。在DMV内也发现有标记的终支。将大鼠双侧岛叶毁损并用CB-HRP从其日壁逆行追踪,电镜下在DMV内及其与Sol的交界区可见溃变的终扣呈电子致密型溃变,溃变终扣可与标记细胞及标记树突形成突触联系。以上结果表明,岛叶皮质与DMV内胃运动神经元之间存在着直接的纤维联系。
The WGA-HRP and 3H-leucine were respectively injected into the cortex of one side of the islet in rats. The HRP-labeled terminal branch and 3H-leucine-labeled particles were densely distributed on the solitary nucleus (Sol) And vagus nerve dorsal nucleus (DMV) in the peripheral part of the main symmetry. Marked end-points were also found within the DMV. The bilateral islets of the rat were damaged and retrogradely traced by CB-HRP from their daily wall. Electron microscopy showed that the terminal degeneration of the degeneration in the DMV and its junction with Sol was electronically densified. Labeled cells and labeled dendrites form synaptic connections. The above results show that there is a direct fiber connection between the island cortex and gastric motoneurons in DMV.
