近年来国内外报道宫颈癌有明显的年轻化趋势 ,宫颈癌在发展中国家已成为育龄妇女的主要死亡原因之一。育龄妇女宫颈癌在临床表现、病理学特征和预后与老年妇女宫颈癌不同 ,已引起了妇瘤界同仁的广泛重视。本文就国内外对育龄妇女宫颈癌的研究进展并对其在流行病学、病理学、临床表现、治疗和预后特点所进行的研究作一综述。
In recent years, cervical cancer reported at home and abroad have obvious younger trend, cervical cancer in developing countries has become one of the main causes of childbearing women. Cervical cancer in women of childbearing age in clinical manifestations, pathological features and prognosis of elderly women with cervical cancer is different, has caused widespread concern maternity tumor colleagues. This article reviews the research progress of cervical cancer in women of childbearing age at home and abroad, and reviews the research on its characteristics in epidemiology, pathology, clinical manifestation, treatment and prognosis.
