在学校教育中,体育与心理健康是一门相对独立的技能性基础学科。但这并不意味着体育与其他学科之间缺乏相应的联系,恰恰相反,它与语言类学科及数理化等学科之间都存在着密不可分的关系。在教学实践中深刻感悟到,如果把体育教学与其他学科知识之间进行相互渗透的话,不仅可以丰富体育教学的内涵,促进教学质量的提升,还能从中赢得“1+1>2”的综合教学效应。结合高中体育教学的实践与思考,试对此作出一些抛砖引玉之论,希望能给更多体育教师的进一步实践提供合理性的借鉴与帮助。
In school education, physical education and mental health are relatively independent skill basic subjects.
