随着我国人口不断增长,高层住宅需求量日益增加,近年来,我国高层体系已经从钢筋混凝土框架结构逐渐演变成框剪结构,多样性建筑功能需要使结构计算与分析的难度不断增加,而且对工程造价控制影响较大。再加上房地产资金回笼周期较长,大大的增加投资方的投资风险。嵌固端的选取作为结构设计与分析第一环节,正确选取嵌固端对缩短建设周期有着一定的影响。本文以幸福金岸高层建筑结构设计实践,结合本工程设计情况,阐述了在建筑结构设计中,嵌固端选取应注意问题和相应的处理措施。
