我省地处江、淮、沂、沭、泗五大河流下游,防汛抗旱任务很重。每年汛期,各级防汛抗旱部门,不仅急需准确地了解当地、当时的雨情和水情信息,而且还需要将当时的情况和历年的雨情、水情资料进行对比分析,从而作出正确的判断和制订防汛防旱的决策。对于实时的雨情、水情信息,是通过各地水文报汛站,通过电讯部门或经数传专线报汛。而对于历年雨情、水情资料的查询、统计、计算、分析等都是人工翻阅大量水文年鉴获得,往往会贻误时机和发生差错。为改进这项工作,我们从1985年初开始探索使用微型计算机对历年雨情资料进行检索、统计、分析,经过一年多的努力,取
