施工企业要想在目前的市场竞争中持续发展,除了积极拓展自身业务,加大投标力度,还要不断加强自身的企业文化建设。企业文化不仅是施工企业的软实力,更是发展的动力。然而,目前企业文化建设中普遍存在“两张皮”的现象,即企业文化不能很好地融入生产经营工作中。本文将以公司企业文化落地生根工作中的实践经验,探讨施工企业加强企业文化建设的作用和如何加强企业文化建设的些许策略,以期对从事相关工作的人员能有所启发。
Construction enterprises in order to continue the development of the current market competition, in addition to actively expand their own business, increase bidding, but also continue to strengthen their own corporate culture. Corporate culture is not only the soft power of construction companies, but also the driving force for development. However, there is a common phenomenon of “two skins” in the current corporate culture construction, that is, the corporate culture can not be well integrated into the production and operation. This article will take the practical experience of taking root in the company’s corporate culture to discuss the role of construction enterprises in strengthening the construction of corporate culture and some strategies for how to strengthen the corporate culture so as to inspire those engaged in relevant work.
