省级“优秀园丁”赵先平

邢台县政协委员、县实验学校校长赵先平,自1978年开始投身教育战线,无私奉献,做出了不平凡的业绩。他先后荣获省、市“优秀园丁”、县“优秀知识分子”;市、县“三八红旗手”、“先进教育工作者”等荣誉祢号。在治学中,赵先平满怀一腔热情,既深钻业务知识,提高授课技能,又博览群书,丰富自身知识,多年来教学成绩一直名列前茅。1993年9月,她被调任县实验学校校长兼党支部书记。她从建立健全各项规章制度入手,带领班子成员率先垂范,身体力行,学校各项工作很快步入规范化管理的轨道。在教学上。她紧紧抓住传统教育向素质教育的转化工程,提出“以学业为主体、以教师为主导、以训练为主线”的观点,开创了“得法于课堂、得益于课外”相得益彰的教学方法,并在全校深入持久地开展“目标教学”和“说课”等教研活动。她常年坚持深入教学一线,每学期听课都在50节以上。她鼓励老师多种形式参加进修,提高素质;对于年轻教师她大胆压担子,使其尽快成为业务骨干。业余时间,她根据多年的理论与实践,撰写了大量论文。其中《实施目标教学实验报告》获国家教育实验研究学会论文奖,《实施目标教学有利于大面积提高教学质量》在省教育研讨会上交流并获奖,此外有多篇在市级获奖。在她的带动下,学校教研活动蔚然成风,促进了教师整体素质的提高。3年来,该校教师在省市县各级获奖60多人次,广受社会赞誉。该校也被评为省素质教育先进单位、市目标教学先进单位,教学成绩在全县同级同类学校中名列榜首。 Xingtai County CPPCC National Committee, County Experimental School Principal Zhao Xianping, since 1978 to join the educational front, selfless dedication, made an extraordinary performance.
