深静脉血栓形成是血管类疾病的常见病及多发病,作为诊断深静脉血栓的首选检查方法,常规超声无法精确判断其形成时间,实时剪切波弹性成像作为最新弹性成像技术可提供较常规超声更丰富的诊断信息,本文就实时剪切波弹性成像技术在诊断深静脉血栓形成中的应用进展作一综述.“,”Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a common and multiple disease ofvascular diseases. Conventional ultrasound is preferred for suspected DVT, but can not accurately determine the age of DVT. As a new ultrasonic technology, real-time shear wave elastography is able to provide more diagnostic information than conventional ultrasound. The progresses of real-time shear wave elastography in diagnosis of DVT were reviewed in this article.
