In accordance with the arrangement of the Ministry of Culture, Guizhou Provincial Department of Culture selected two prefecture-level libraries in April last year and eight county-level libraries conducted assessment and pilot work. In April this year, according to the revised assessment standards of the Ministry of Culture, a comprehensive assessment of the prefectural and county libraries was carried out.
