一、成绩简况: 山西女双是从一九八五年十一月七日组成,“上面人”王英,“下面人”刘莹“于一九八六年六月参加在南宁举行的全国技巧冠军赛上就获得第二套冠军,全能第三名;同年十月在合肥举行的全国技巧锦标赛上夺得全能第一、第二套的三个冠军;十一月参加在法国雷恩举行的第七届世界技巧锦标赛上获第二套银牌,第一套铜牌;在一年多的时间里,实践证明,女双训练是成功的。现将女双训练实践的经
