论文以上海市18个区县为研究对象,建立了水资源承载力评价指标体系;利用GIS数据库建立了18个区县图层数据库和对应区水资源承载力指标数据库;引用基于GIS技术和多级综合评价模型,分析了各区县水资源承载能力,实现了上海市水资源承载力的空间差异分析。结果表明,目前上海市大部分区域水资源综合承载力较高,具有一定的开发利用潜力,水资源短缺风险较小;只有少部分区域水资源综合评价较低,承载力小,水资源短缺风险较大。评价结果可为上海市各区水资源合理配置、保障区域经济可持续发展战略实施提供科学依据。
The essay takes 18 districts and counties in Shanghai as the research object and establishes the evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity. The database of 18 districts and counties and corresponding database of water resources carrying capacity are established by GIS database. Level comprehensive evaluation model, analyzed the water resources carrying capacity of all districts and counties, and realized the spatial difference analysis of water resources carrying capacity in Shanghai. The results show that, at present, the comprehensive carrying capacity of water resources is high in most areas in Shanghai, which has certain potential for exploitation and utilization, and the risk of water shortage is relatively low. Only a small part of the regions have lower comprehensive evaluation of water resources, less carrying capacity and water shortage risk Larger. The evaluation results can provide a scientific basis for the rational allocation of water resources in various districts of Shanghai and the guarantee of the sustainable development of regional economy.
