为加强商品房交易管理,同时加快房地产市场信息系统建设,完善政府对房地产市场的调控机制。根据《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》、《城市房地产开发经营管理条例》、《北京市城市房地产转让管理办法》和建设部《关于进一步加快房地产市场信息系统和预警预报体系建设的通知》的有关规定,现将加强商品房预售许可制度管理的有关问题通知如下:一、房地产开发企业申请办理商品房预售许可证(含经济适用住房),应当采用商品房预售申请书和预售方案的格式文本。
