目的:建立高效液相色谱法检测花生油中黄曲霉毒素(aflatoxin,AFT)的分析方法。方法:试样经甲醇- 水溶液(70:30,V:V)提取,免疫亲和柱净化,通过高效液相色谱法测定试样中的黄曲霉毒素。结果:黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2分别在4.874~38.988、1.323~10.584、4.649~37.188 及1.449~11.592μg/L 浓度范围内,与其峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数r 均大于0.999;加标回收率为84.5%~106%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3~4.8%。结论:该方法准确、灵敏度高,适用于花生油中黄曲霉毒素的检测。“,”Objective: To establish a method for the determination of aflatoxins (AFT) in peanut oil by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The samples were extracted by 70% methanol aqueous solution and the extracts were purified by immunoaffinity column, and then detected by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Aflatoxins showed good linear relationship with their chromatographic peaks area in the concentration range of 4.874~ 38.988 μg/L (AFT B1), 1.323 ~ 10.584 μg/L (AFT B2), 4.649 ~ 37.188 μg/L (AFT G1) and 1.449 ~ 11.592 μg/L (AFT G1). The correlation coefficients (r) were all above 0.999.The recovery rate were 84.5% ~ 106%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were 2.3 ~ 4.8%. Conclusion: The method which has high accuracy and high sensitivity is suitable for the detection of aflatoxins in peanut oil.
