心理学是思想政治工作的理论基础,当前,社会心理学的研究应引起重视。改革开放时,社会各方面发生着深刻的变革,各个领域体制改革,机制转换,观念更新。实践表明,社会每有变动,都会引起广泛的心理反应。思想政治工作者应积极结合经济工作,注意研究社会变革中人们的心理变化规律。这不仅可以提高工作效率,充分发挥思想政治工作在经济发展中的作用,而且有助于调节改革带来的人们的心理失衡,消除社会改革的心理障碍,化解矛盾,预防和消解社会和企业的不安定因素,使国家和企业的各项改革得以顺利推进,促进经济健康发展。 现仅举几例,以资探讨。
