大家都知道,机床设计时,变速箱中的齿轮计算是一个非常复杂而费事的工作。一般重要的齿轮,都必须同时根据在接触应力下所引起的轮齿表层疲劳和在弯曲应力下所产生的轮齿全部材料疲劳来进行计算。但是,通常根据弯曲应力所计算的齿轮最小模数,都较按照接触应力所计算的齿轮最小模数为小,那末轮齿材料的弯曲应力计算是否可以不必进行呢?这样豈不是可以节省一半计算齿轮的时间吗?但是这个问题在一般机床设计书籍中没有论及,因此将个人意见提供如下,以供读者们参考。一、哪些齿轮可以不必进行轮齿材料的变曲应力计算
