在混凝土的生产中,使用双锥反转出料搅拌机较为普遍,其中用水通过水泵供应,由时间继电器控制,但在使用中,由于电压不稳或供水系统漏气等原因,造成实际供水与搅拌机使用说明出入较大,引起混凝土质量明显波动。因此,我们设计了一套供水装置,如右图所示。将此装置接入搅拌机旁的高位水箱;在供水不中断的工地,可直接接入自来管网。例如,每盘需水66kg,在0.001m~3度盘上使指针对零。操作步骤:(1)关闭球周2;开球阀1;(2)开球阀2,放水使0.001m~3度盘的指针回零位;关阀2;水表、球阀宜
In the production of concrete, it is common to use a double-cone inverting material mixer, in which the water is supplied by a water pump and controlled by a time relay, but in use, the actual water supply and agitator are caused due to voltage instability or leakage of the water supply system. The use of instructions to enter and leave larger, causing significant fluctuations in concrete quality. Therefore, we designed a set of water supply devices as shown in the right figure. This device is connected to the high water tank next to the mixer; in the construction site where the water supply is not interrupted, it can be directly connected to the pipe network.
