“贵族学校”在生活条件上有较高的水准,但是物质基础不能够代替精神的管理,更不是纪律的绝对保证。所以寄宿初中生班主任的班级管理非常重要,不仅关系着学生的学习和生活,对他们将来性格的培养和正确价值观的养成都有很大帮助。从这个角度出发,以管理经验为基础,通过参考文献和实际调查,期望在班主任创新管理上有所突破。
“Aristocratic School ” in living conditions have a higher standard, but the material foundation can not replace the spirit of management, but not the absolute guarantee of discipline. Therefore, boarding junior high school class teacher’s class management is very important, not only related to student learning and life, their future character development and the correct values of development have a great help. From this perspective, based on management experience, through reference and actual investigation, it is expected that there will be a breakthrough in the innovation management of class teachers.
