幼儿园注重幼儿生活经验的积累,兴趣和习惯的培养,主要通过在生活和游戏中学习的方式促进幼儿成长。因此,对幼儿来说,集体教学活动只是他们在园生活的一小部分。南宋诗人陆游在《示子聿》中说:“汝果欲学诗,功夫在诗外。”如果说“功夫在诗外”是陆游诗歌创作的独到见解,那么,功夫在“课”外,则是我对幼儿园教育的认识和理解,也是我多年从事幼儿教育的感受。教师如何练就“课”外功夫呢?我认为要做到以下几点。
