企业在经营过程中,企业文化和中层领导的作用受到了广泛的重视。企业如何将企业文化变成员工自觉的执行文化,如何发挥中层领导干部的执行力,为实现企业的战略性目标和愿景打下坚实的基础成为企业的管理焦点。本文通过对中层领导干部和企业文化作用分析,阐述了企业在管理过程中通过深植企业文化,重视赢在中层,实现高效执行,可以提高企业的竞争力,促进企业的快速健康的发展。
In the process of business management, corporate culture and the role of middle-level leaders have received widespread attention. How to turn the corporate culture into a conscious executive culture of employees, how to give full play to the executive ability of mid-level leading cadres and lay a solid foundation for realizing the strategic goals and vision of the enterprise become the focus of corporate management. Through the analysis of the role of mid-level leading cadres and corporate culture, this paper expounds that in the process of management, enterprises emphasize the corporate culture, pay attention to win in the middle level and realize efficient execution, which can improve the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the rapid and healthy development of enterprises.
