本文针对国产星载SAR T/R组件在可靠性与寿命方面与国外同类先进产品之间的差距,论述了T/R组件进行可靠性增长的必要性。介绍了进行可靠性增长研究的工作流程,实施可靠性增长研究的几个重要试验,试验过程中遇到的困难与解决办法。最后给出了可靠性增长研究的结果。星载SAR T/R组件的设计寿命得到明显提高,同时T/R组件在设定的寿命末期,其可靠度比原寿命末期的更好,T/R组件的研制周期和经费也将大幅减少。
In this paper, the gap between T / R components made by China-made spaceborne SAR and the advanced products of the same kind in foreign countries is discussed in terms of reliability and longevity, and the necessity of reliability growth of T / R components is discussed. This paper introduces the work flow of research on reliability growth, several important experiments in the study of reliability growth, the difficulties encountered in the experiment and the solutions. Finally, the result of reliability growth research is given. The design life of spaceborne SAR T / R components has been significantly improved, while T / R components at the end of the set life, its reliability is better than the end of the original life, T / R components of the development cycle and funding will be substantially reduced .
