为了寻找安全、有效、简便经济,适合我国农村大面积普种卡介苗的接种方法,我们自1976年起对不作结核菌素试验,直接皮内接种卡介苗的安全性,作了连续的观察。本文对:(1)结素强阳性儿童接种后的观察;(2)轻症活动性肺结核接种后的观察。重点观察接种局部、全身、淋巴结反应和肺部变化情况。本材料均设观察组和对照组。现将观察对象、方法和结果报导如下。
In order to find a safe, effective, simple and economical method suitable for large-area general BCG vaccination in rural areas of our country, we have continuously observed the safety of non-tuberculin test and direct intradermal BCG vaccination since 1976. This article on: (1) knot strong positive children after vaccination observation; (2) mild active tuberculosis observation after vaccination. Focus on observation vaccination local, systemic, lymph node response and lung changes. The materials are set observation group and control group. Now observe the object, methods and results reported below.
