目的探讨解毒化瘀颗粒对暴发性肝衰竭大鼠生化指标及存活率的影响。方法采用D-Gal N+LPS联合制备大鼠暴发性肝衰竭模型,检测造模后各组大鼠生化指标,统计成模后不同时间段大鼠存活情况,并进行相互比较。结果解毒化瘀颗粒组大鼠的ALT,AST,TBil,CHE的水平要低于模型组和前列腺素E2组(P<0.01或0.05),在改善PT方面亦优于模型组和前列腺素E2组(P<0.01或0.05);解毒化瘀颗粒组和前列腺素E2组的存活率均明显高于模型组(P<0.01或0.05),但两个药物组的存活率之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论解毒化瘀颗粒能改善暴发性肝衰竭大鼠生化指标,纠正凝血功能障碍,降低大鼠死亡率,其效应机制可能与纠正肝脏微循环紊乱相关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jiedu Huayu granules on the biochemical indexes and survival rate of rats with fulminant hepatic failure. Methods The rat model of fulminant hepatic failure was established by D-Gal N + LPS. The biochemical indexes of rats in each group were measured. The survival of rats at different time points after modeling was statistically compared with each other. Results The levels of ALT, AST, TBil and CHE in the Jiedu Huayu Granules group were lower than those in model group and prostaglandin E2 group (P <0.01 or 0.05), and also better than those in model group and prostaglandin E2 group in improving PT (P <0.01 or 0.05). The survival rates of Jiedu Huayu granule group and prostaglandin E2 group were significantly higher than those of the model group (P <0.01 or 0.05), but no significant difference was found between the two drug groups P> 0.05). Conclusion Jiedu Huayu granules can improve the biochemical indexes of rats with fulminant hepatic failure, correct the coagulation dysfunction and reduce the mortality rate of rats, the possible mechanism may be related to the correction of liver microcirculation disorder.
