本文对正常人不同体型的幼儿进行了甲襞微循环观察比较,并使用YK-MICAS微循环图象计算机分析仪对有关参数进行精确测量。结果表明偏胖型组与标准型组比较,管袢数目减少、袢顶比值增大、血流速度减慢;偏瘦型组与标准型组比较,管袢数目亦减少,而管袢长度却增加,其余无显著性差异。此外,偏胖型组血流速度也比偏瘦型组慢,有红细胞聚集现象,但乳头下静脉丛却比标准型和偏瘦型组部少见。幼儿与成年人比较,管袢数目较少,流速较慢,管袢畸型较多。
