就无荧光降滤失剂GT - 6 8对钻井液性能的各种影响进行了较系统的评价 ,并与磺化沥青FT - 1、FH - 1作了对比实验。实验结果表明 :GT - 6 8具有良好的降失水、悬浮、抑制 (防塌 )、润滑、抗温 (80℃以上 )、无荧光等性能 ,并能与两性聚合物FA36 7、XY2 7、JT888或NPAN、MMH等很好配伍 ,且复配后钻井液体系的失水造壁性及抑制能力变得更佳 ;无荧光降滤失剂GT - 6 8完全可替代磺化沥青 ,它消除了磺化沥青普遍存在的负面影响 ,其总体效能优于磺化沥青FT - 1、FH - 1。
The various effects of the non - fluorescent fluid loss additive GT - 6 8 on drilling fluid properties were systematically evaluated and compared with sulfonated pitch FT - 1 and FH - 1. The experimental results show that GT - 6 8 has good properties of decreasing water loss, suspension, inhibition (anti - collapsing), lubrication, temperature resistance (above 80 ℃) and no fluorescence, and is compatible with amphoteric polymers FA36 7, XY2 7, JT888 or NPAN, MMH and so on, and the dehydration and inhibition ability of the drilling fluid system after the compounding become better. The non-fluorescent filtrate reducer GT-6 8 can completely replace the sulfonated asphalt and it can eliminate The ubiquitous negative influence of sulfonated bitumen is better than that of sulfonated bitumen FT - 1 and FH - 1.
