为贯彻落实中央军委“质量建军”的精神,遵照军事经济研究中心第四次常务干事会的有关安排,特制定军事经济研究中心1992年工作计划如下: 1.举办首届“中国军事经济科学‘长江’大奖”的评奖。获奖项目一定要层次高、影响大,确实起到推动军事经济研究上到一个新台阶的带头作用。 2.举办1992年军事经济研究中心优秀科研成果的评奖,促进军事经济研究工作更加蓬勃发展。 3.完成中国人民解放军军事经济研究
