我厂一台C3—35/8型汽轮机检修时,将转子从汽缸内吊出置于预先准备好的木瓦枕(如图)上,为了保护轴颈不受机械损伤,在木瓦枕上垫有8mm厚的浸油羊毛毡。一周后将转子向汽缸内吊装时,竟发现支持在两只木瓦枕上的前后轴颈均出现两条相隔约120°、宽20~30mm、长度大致与木瓦枕等宽的带状裂纹。该裂纹呈龟壳状花纹并分布有清析可辨的腐蚀小斑,其最深处现场虽无法进行测量,但经目测和手感估计,可达0.02~0.03mm。
