2007年9月21日、23日、30日,中国社会科学院副院长兼当代中国研究所所长、中国地方志指导小组常务副组长朱佳木分别在陕西、山西、安徽考察,与三省地方志部门座谈并发表讲话。朱佳木在讲话中强调,要认真总结首轮修志经验,把志书质量放在第一位,以科学发展观指导地方志工作,用地方志工作为贯彻落实科学发展观服务。本刊将这三次讲话的摘要合在一起,按照原有讲话顺序分为三个部分,并经作者本人审改后,用“地方志工作要树立和贯彻科学发展观”为题发表,以飨读者。
