本文以XAD-4树脂为吸附剂,用循环吹气吸附法采集鄢陵蜡梅鲜花散发的天然香气。用双柱气相色谱程序升温保留指数(GC-RI)与双柱气相色谱与质谱(GC-MS)联用技术相结合的方法,分析鉴定了磬口蜡梅天然香气中的31种成分,共占总峰面积的97.2%。
In this paper, XAD-4 resin as adsorbent, the use of circulating air adsorption method collected from the natural fragrance of the flowers of Lingling Chimonanthus. A total of 31 constituents were identified and identified in natural aroma of Chimonanthus chinensis by GC-MS with double column GC-RI and GC-MS. 97.2% of the total peak area.
