各有关单位:企业国有产权交易用拍卖方式运作,是目前拍卖行业涉足的一个新领域。为了使拍卖企业及时了解政府主管部门在企业国有产权交易中的政策、法规和相关管理规定,顺利介入企业国有产权交易活动,根据《2004年拍卖业职业教育工作的通知》的安排意见,中国拍卖行业拟于今年9月上旬举办“企业国有产权交易中的拍卖运作” 专题理论研讨会暨拍卖企业管理人员培训班。现将有着事项通知如下:
