建立健全的保险市场体系是发展保险事业的必要条件。完善的保险市场由三方构成:保险购买者、保险中间人和保险销售者。在一个发达的保险市场上,保险中间人相当活跃。随着我国保险事业的不断发展和保险市场竞争的日益加剧,保险中间人在保险市场上将起到越来越重要的作用。保险中间人包括保险经纪人、保险代理人和保险公证人,其中保险公证人的作用尤为重要。 保险公证人是向保险人或被保险人收取费用,为其经办保险标的查勘、鉴定、估价及保险理赔清算、洽商并给予证明的人。
Establishing a sound insurance market system is a necessary condition for the development of the insurance industry. The perfect insurance market consists of three parties: insurance buyers, insurance intermediaries and insurance sellers. Insurance intermediaries are quite active in a well-developed insurance market. With the continuous development of insurance in our country and the increasing competition in the insurance market, insurance intermediaries will play an increasingly important role in the insurance market. Insurance intermediaries include insurance brokers, insurance agents and notaries, of which the role of a notary public is particularly important. The notary public is a person who charges the insurer or the insured for settlement, negotiation and proof of the investigation, appraisal, valuation and insurance claims of the insured subject matter.
