——制造了一台可用作行式打印机和计算机终端打印机的实验模型,采用调节密度的墨汁喷射法,分别以每秒24行和每秒50字符的速度将字符记录在未经处理的纸上。字符是按矩阵原理印出的,使用10×16和5×7的矩阵,由一个振动的墨汁喷口将其组成。产生喷射的喷嘴借助于电磁铁或压电晶体取得振动。终端打印机能象标准打字机一样,用作计算机的自动打印输出。由于这种印字机所用的运动机械部件极少,因此其噪音级很低。
- An experimental model that can be used as both a line printer and a computer terminal printer was manufactured using density-adjusted ink jet recording of characters at 24 characters per second and 50 characters per second respectively on untreated paper on. Characters are printed on a matrix basis using a 10 x 16 and 5 x 7 matrix, consisting of a vibrating ink spout. The jet nozzle generates vibrations by means of electromagnets or piezoelectric crystals. Terminal printers, like standard typewriters, serve as automatic printouts for computers. Due to the extremely small number of moving mechanical parts used in this printer, the noise level is low.
