一九五○年一月五——七,九日蘇聯敎育界舉行了一次盛大會議,討論岡察洛夫敎授所著『敎育學原理』一書,參加的有莫斯科、列寧格勒及蘇俄其他許多城市敎育學院和師範學院敎育學講座的代表、各盟員共和國、敎育科學院及其各科學研究所等敎育科學代表,以及社會團體、國家機關、科學機關等代表。 會議有蘇俄敎育科學院主席и·A·開洛夫敎授宣佈開幕。爲了討論岡察洛夫教授『敎育學原理』一書,以及他在一九四八年第十一期『蘇維埃敎育學』雜誌中所發表過的諸文,蘇俄敎育科學研究院還組織了一個專門委員會,該委員會擬定了一些基本問題,提交大會討論。
