糖尿病肾病是2型糖尿病患者最常见、最严重的微血管并发症之一,也是其致死致残的重要原因之一,但是一旦出现肾功能损害.治疗效果及预后极差。因此.需要早期发现、及时治疗,这样才可延缓甚至逆转病变进展,降低2型糖尿病患者肾功能衰竭的发生率[1]。近年来,我们采用苯那普利联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病54例,获得了满意的疗效,现报告如下。临床资料
