对6例成人肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻病人,3例应用Anderson—Hynes肾盂成邢束治愈,3例患肾切除。结果表明:电视屏幕监测逆行性肾盂输尿管造影检查是目前有效的诊断方法之一,早期诊断及时手术是防治患肾功能进一步损害的关键。
In 6 cases of adult ureteropelvic junction obstruction patients, 3 cases were treated with Anderson-Hynes pelvis Cheng Xing beam cure, 3 cases of patients with nephrectomy. The results showed that retrograde pyretic ultrasonography was one of the most effective diagnostic methods for TV screen monitoring. Early diagnosis and timely operation are the key points to prevent and cure further renal damage.
