1995年开始的全球联营体的浪潮一浪高过一浪,它对班轮运输诸多方面已经产生了深远的影响。本文在分析了全球集装箱运输联营体现状的基础上,对联营体不同发展阶段的不同特点及联营体实现的主要障碍进行了分析,并着重探讨了联营体的成败因素,最后阐述了联营体今后的发展趋势,为我国航运企业根据自己的需要参与合适的联营体提供了有益的参考。
The wave of global affiliates that began in 1995 has waved far and wide and has had a profound impact on many aspects of liner shipping. Based on the analysis of the status quo of global container shipping affiliates, this paper analyzes the different characteristics of the different phases of affiliates and the main obstacles to the affiliates, and emphatically explores the factors of affiliates success or failure. Finally, The trend of development for our shipping companies according to their own needs to participate in the appropriate joint venture provides a useful reference.
