本文介绍一种新的骨电信号测试系统,测量结果表明:①兔胫骨表面存在着特有的直流电位梯度,近膝骺板附近呈负电位峰值,而后沿骨干逐渐转向正电位;②骨骼离体后片刻电位梯度不发生明显改变;③肌肉等软组织损伤会使骨的生物电分布发生改变;④湿骨表面不存在该特定形式的电位梯度.结果提示存活的骨组织本身能产生电能并依赖于骨组织细胞的活动.
In this paper, a new bone signal testing system is introduced. The measurement results show that: ① There is a unique DC potential gradient on the surface of the rabbit tibia, near the epiphyseal plate was negative potential peak, and then gradually turned to the positive potential along the backbone; ② bone ex vivo The potential gradient does not change obviously after a while; ③ the bioelectric distribution of bone changes due to muscle and other soft tissue damage; ④ the specific form of potential gradient does not exist on the surface of the wet bone.The results suggest that the living bone tissue itself can generate electrical energy and depend on Bone tissue activity.
