班主任是我国各级教育机构中全面负责一个班级中学生的学习、纪律、思想与生活等工作的教师,是班级的领导者、教育者与组织者,同时也是学校德育工作的核心。从根本上来讲,班主任尤其是小学班主任德育工作的好坏直接关系到学生的思想道德建设、生活态度及其个人素质等;故当前环境下,小学班主任需在遵循素质教育和新课程标准的前提下,积极思考和探索新型的德育教育策略,以帮助小学生树立科学、正确的人生观与价值观,促进其身心健康发展。本文主要从德育工作及其重要性出发进行深入分析,研究并探讨了小学班主任开展德育工作的有效途径。
