高校学生党建工作是关系到社会主义事业接班人培养的关键工程,但在大学生党员发展工作中还存在着学生入党积极分子联系人责权不明、入党标准存在偏差、对入党积极分子的培养教育形式较单一、学生入党后继续教育工作较为薄弱等问题。加强高校学生党建工作,要建立与生导师制相结合的入党积极分子培养模式,明确大学生入党积极分子联系人的责任与权力,掌握好党员发展工作的关键点,并重视大学生党员的继续教育工作。
