报道:患儿,男,10岁。反复发热咳嗽2年伴左下胸痛6天。曾两次因“左下肺脓疡”住院治疗。体检:左侧肋间隙饱满,语颤减弱,局部叩浊,左下肺呼吸音减低,胸片示:左中下肺大片模糊阴影,内见三个气液平,经抗炎处理后转外科行“左下肺叶切除术”.术中见:左肺与胸腔粘连明显,左下肺呈炎性实变,表面凹凸不平,有两支较粗动脉自胸主动脉发
