采用计算机模拟技术研究了聚苯乙烯模样汽化潜热及发气性对消失模铸造铝合金液充填速度及金属液／模样间隙压力的影响。结果表明，模样汽化潜热与发气性均严重影响铝合金液的充型速度及间隙压力。
The effects of vaporization latent heat and gas evolution of polystyrene on the filling speed of lost foam casting aluminum alloy liquid and the pressure of liquid / sample were studied by computer simulation. The results show that the latent heat of vaporization and gas evolution of the sample all have a serious impact on the filling speed and the gap pressure of the aluminum alloy liquid.
