三磷酸胞苷合成酶(cytidine triphosphate synthetase,CTPS)基因是从全基因组表达谱中筛选出的鼻咽癌候选癌基因。本组实验利用半定量逆转录聚合酶链式反应(semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chainreaction,sqRT-PCR)研究 CTPS 基因在纯化鼻咽组织中的表达,并与芯片杂交结果相比较,以进一步揭示 CTPS 基因在鼻咽癌发生、发展过程中的变化规律。
The cytidine triphosphate synthetase (CTPS) gene is a nasopharyngeal cancer candidate oncogene screened from the genome-wide expression profile. This group of experiments using semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction, sqrT-PCR) CTPS gene expression in purified nasopharyngeal tissue and chip hybridization results compared to further reveal the CTPS Gene in the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the law.
