目的:观察心血管病患者臂踝脉搏波速度(baPWV)与心血管事件和心血管危险因素的相关性。方法:连续收集296例心血管病高危患者,进行病史采集,baPWV、身高、体重、腰围、血压、心率测量及血生化检查。比较高baPWV组(≥1700cm/s,138例)与低baPWV组(<1700cm/s,158例)患者具有危险因素的个数和临床心血管事件发生情况。结果:与低baPWV组相比,高baPWV组心血管事件发生率较高(46.8%∶73.9%,P<0.01),心血管危险因素数目较多[(3.8±1.0)∶(4.7±1.1),P<0.001]。影响baPWV的因素主要为年龄(OR=4.985,P<0.001)、收缩压(OR=4.012,P<0.01)和脉压(OR=2.691,P<0.05)。结论:在心血管病患者中,baPWV较高的患者心血管事件发生率高,心血管危险因素多。年龄、收缩压和脉压是影响baPWV的独立危险因素。
Objective: To observe the relationship between brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and cardiovascular events and cardiovascular risk factors in patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods: A total of 296 high risk patients with cardiovascular disease were collected and their history, baPWV, height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, heart rate and blood biochemistry were collected. The number of risk factors and clinical cardiovascular events in patients with high baPWV (≥1700 cm / s, 138 cases) and low baPWV (≤1700 cm / s, 158 cases) Results: The incidence of cardiovascular events was higher in the high baPWV group than in the low baPWV group (46.8% vs 73.9%, P <0.01), and the number of cardiovascular risk factors was much higher (3.8 ± 1.0), (4.7 ± 1.1) , P <0.001]. The main factors influencing baPWV were age (OR = 4.985, P <0.001), systolic blood pressure (OR = 4.012, P <0.01) and pulse pressure (OR = 2.691, P <0.05). Conclusions: Among patients with cardiovascular disease, patients with higher baPWV have a higher incidence of cardiovascular events and more cardiovascular risk factors. Age, systolic blood pressure, and pulse pressure were independent risk factors for baPWV.
