目的建立工作场所空气中环氧乙烷(EO)的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定法。方法活性炭管采集,采用5%(V/V)甲醇-二氯甲烷溶液解吸,毛细管色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测,并与现行国家标准方法进行对比。结果EO质量浓度在0.24 mg/L~960.00 mg/L时线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.999 96;方法批内精密度相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.52%~3.68%,批间精密度RSD为2.69%~4.21%;平均解吸效率为79.2%~89.7%;最低定量质量浓度为0.16 mg/m3(以采集1.5 L空气计)。样品在-20℃冰箱中至少可保存5 d。结论 EO溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定法操作简单、灵敏度高、精密度好,可在工作中广泛推广。
Objective To establish a solvent desorption-gas chromatographic method for the determination of ethylene oxide (EO) in the workplace air. Methods Activated carbon tube was collected and detected by 5% (V / V) methanol - dichloromethane solution, capillary column separation and flame ionization detector, and compared with the current national standard method. Results The linearity of EO was good at 0.24 mg / L ~ 960.00 mg / L with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.999 96. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was within the range of 2.52% ~ 3.68% RSD ranged from 2.69% to 4.21%. The average desorption efficiency ranged from 79.2% to 89.7%. The lowest quantified concentration was 0.16 mg / m3 for 1.5 L air. Samples can be stored in a refrigerator at -20 ℃ for at least 5 d. Conclusions EO solvent desorption-gas chromatography has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity and good precision, which can be widely promoted in the work.
