苏薯６号是由蓬尾Ｓ１－１２－４８作母本，ＡＩＳ０１２２－２作父本有性杂交选育而成。经多年多点鉴定，平均亩产鲜薯２０４７．５ｋｇ，比对照增产１１．８％。抗根腐病和黑斑病。品质优良。
