运用模糊层次分析法对煤矿生产物流系统的安全状况评价进行研究。通过全面梳理煤矿生产物流系统安全评价指标,构建包含管理安全、环境安全、技术安全和子系统安全4个一级指标及人员安全管理等16个二级指标在内的较为完善的煤矿生产物流系统的安全评价指标体系,并运用模糊层次分析法展开综合评价。其中层次分析法用以确定指标权重,模糊评价法用以对煤矿生产物流系统的安全状况进行评价打分。最后通过对夏店煤矿的实证研究,为企业改善煤矿生产物流系统的安全状况提供参考。
The application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to study the safety status of coal production logistics system. Through comprehensively sorting out the safety evaluation indexes of coal mine production logistics system and building a relatively complete coal production logistics system including 16 first-level indicators including management safety, environmental safety, technical safety and safety of subsystems and 16 secondary safety indicators, Safety evaluation index system, and the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to carry out comprehensive evaluation. Among them, AHP is used to determine the index weight, fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the safety status of coal production logistics system. Finally, through the empirical study of Xiadian Coal Mine, it provides reference for enterprises to improve the safety status of coal production logistics system.
