1 病例报告患者,男,67岁。因龟头新生物3个月就诊。患者因包茎3个月前在当地卫生所行包皮环切术。术后龟头上逐渐长满扁平状新生物。体检:冠状沟和龟头满布新生物,呈枯黄色、表面粗糙、扁平状、丛状生长,最长约1cm,质硬,明显角化,双侧腹股沟淋巴结无肿大。行阴茎部分切除术。
1 case report patient, male, 67 years old. Due to glans new life 3 months treatment. Patients with phimosis 3 months ago in the local health line circumcision. Postoperative glans gradually covered with flat new creatures. Physical examination: coronal and glans covered with new biological, was yellow, rough surface, flat, plexus growth, up to about 1cm, hard, obvious keratosis, bilateral inguinal lymph nodes without swelling. Partial penis resection.
