根据省、部属驻榕单位基本医疗保险和商业补充医疗保险实施一年半以来部分乙类医保药品使用的情况,为加强基本医疗保险用药管理,克服浪费,建立合理的分担机制,经研究,现对省、部属驻榕单位统筹管理基本医疗保险药品目录(适用于商业补充医疗保险)中主要为辅助性用药的6个药品调整个人自付比例。同时,根据省医疗保险制度改革领导小组意见,为减轻重症患者负担,经征求定点医院建议并与商业补充医疗保险承保公司协商后,增加3个抗肿瘤治疗药品列入商业补充医疗保险赔付范围,现通知如下:
