目的建立维药神香草及习用品大苞荆芥中主要活性成分齐墩果酸和熊果酸定量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为YMC-ODS-A C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.05 mol/L乙酸铵(85∶15),体积流量1.0 m L/min;检测波长210 nm;柱温45℃。结果神香草中熊果酸与齐墩果酸在80~480μg(r=0.999 7)、3.5~51.8μg(r=0.999 5)范围内,大苞荆芥中在5~100μg(r=0.999 7)、2~64μg(r=0.999 8)范围内两者均有良好的线性关系,平均回收率与RSD均符合要求。结论该方法简单、快捷、准确可靠,可为神香草及混淆品药材的质量控制提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the quantitative determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid, the main active components in Schisandra chinensis and Radix Astragali. Methods The HPLC method was as follows: the column was YMC-ODS-A C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was methanol-0.05 mol / L ammonium acetate Wavelength 210 nm; column temperature 45 ℃. Results Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were in the range of 80 ~ 480μg (r = 0.999 7) and 3.5 ~ 51.8μg (r = 0.999 5) in the range of 5 ~ 100μg (r = 0.999 7 ), 2 ~ 64μg (r = 0.999 8) within the range of both have a good linear relationship, the average recovery and RSD are in line with the requirements. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, which can provide the basis for the quality control of Herb and Herbal Medicine.
