皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合征(即川崎病)多伴发冠状动脉病变,其次为伴发肺部疾患,而伴肝脏损害者则较少见,我们曾遇1例报告如下。 患儿女,7岁,因发热、皮疹、咳嗽,肝功能异常1月余,于1989年10月7日入院。病儿于入院前57d开始咳嗽,呈阵发性,日轻夜重,以“百日咳”治疗无效。35d前始发热,T38.7℃,出猩红热样皮疹,以“过敏性皮疹”、“猩红热”治疗
