太极拳中有一种叫“推手”,每当我看到有人作“推手”练习时,总会不自禁地想到工作中常可遇到的推诿作风。一件稍有责任的小事,在有些领导或机关那里,往往是甲推乙,乙推甲,往返无终,很有点像“推手”运动。难怪有人把推诿作风称之为“太极拳作风”,实在是传神之喻。 不是吗,在有的单位,为报批一个项目,为落实一项政策等,可以在甲单位和乙单位之间,在部门之间左推右磨,反复辗转,甚至可以长达数年之久。在这里,党和国家的利益、为人民服务的根本宗旨早被抛到了九霄云外,更何谈“三个代表”的要求!至 There is a type of Taijiquan called “Push Hands”, whenever I see someone as a “push hand” practice, I always can not help but think of the work can often encounter push style.
